Deaf Gain Collaborative combines the efforts and expertise of Willow Domestic Violence Center (a certified domestic violence agency with a DHS-approved shelter), Advocacy Services for Abused Deaf Victims (a non-profit agency serving the Deaf community), and RESTORE Sexual Assault Services (a sub-organization of Planned Parenthood, co-located at a Child Advocacy Center). Together they are focusing their efforts on increasing cultural and linguistic competency of programs and services at all points of entry for Deaf survivors of domestic violence and/or sexual assault within Monroe County in Western New York.
