Our Unique Contribution

DWAVE provides on-call staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for victims who need to go to the hospital. We have a small program that provides SSP service to Deaf/Blind victims. We provide advocacy services for Deaf survivors and have been providing statewide services for over 16 years.
